We don't do a ton of boondocking without power hookups, but will do 1-4 nights at times and love having that ability. It has allowed us to stay in places like Yosemite and Denali where there is no electricity available.

Added second identical solar panel to the factory-provided one, to a total of 740W.

We added a Victron Multiplus II inverter/charger and 3x 100Ah Battleborn lithium batteries on the left here. The inverter converts the 12V DC current to 120V AC current to run the appliances in the RV. The factory installed lead-acid battery might have only been sufficient to run the fridge overnight, so we immediately upgraded the system. With full sun, we can run the fridge, lights, starlink, and coffee maker. On cloudy days, the fridge alone will draw about 35% of the total battery capacity.

Jackery 2000 pro with 2x 200W solar panels to help chase the sun when trees are an issue. We use the Jackery to then charge devices or the RV (if needed for the fridge or furnace). It's portable, so we were able to chase the sun around.
